Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location but typically take 7-10 business days within the U.S.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping!

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that customized or sale items are non-refundable.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To start a return, please email us at support@blackartdesign.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Q: Do you cover return shipping costs?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Exchanges are accepted for size or color changes on the same product within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at support@blackartdesign.com to arrange an exchange.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Q: What is your policy on chargebacks?
A: Chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in the immediate cancellation of your account with Black Art Design. We encourage customers to reach out to us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Q: How do you handle returned payments or declined transactions?
A: Orders with returned payments or declined transactions will not be processed until payment is successfully completed. Repeated payment issues may lead to a suspension of service.

Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order will be processed, and our return policy will apply.

Product Care

Q: How do I care for my Black Art Design products?
A: For the best results, follow the care instructions provided with your product. Most items are machine washable on a gentle cycle; avoid using bleach and tumble dry on low.
